Hands on troubleshooting experience in Enterprise LANDCLAN WAN and WLAN environment.
Strong experience of handling Network team
Strong Knowledge of Juniper Network (Routing & Switching)
Knowledge of server Load balancer (F5/ Citrix )
Knowledge of SDWAN
Knowledge of Cloud Network.
Knowledge of MPLS DMVPN and QOS .
Knowledge of DHCP DNS & IPAM.
Strong knowledge on IPsec VPNs GRE NAT/PAT over various platform
Technical expertise with routing protocols (RIP EIGRP OSPF BGP & ISIS).
Technical expertise with Switching (VLAN Trunking Dot1.X Various flavors of STP HSRPVRRP VTP).
Remote management and monitoring of Network operations
24x7 NOC support to large global client that have distributed DC LAN WAN & WLAN setup.
Level 3 and Level 4 support for incident /change management ticket resolution.
Creation of MOP /SOP and planning change management process.
Performance tuning of network devices and creation of SOP.
Planning and perform upgrade of network devices
Work with HW/SF vendors to resolve problems
Act as an SME SPOC for certain network products provide technical inputs for weekly/monthly customer service review report.
Help team to Create RCA whether you have been involved directly or indirectly.
Certification Required:
CCNP
JNCIA
JNCIE Preferred
