Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Ensure the success of Agile of release trains (ARTs) for high priority IT / Business objectives with a focus on data lake data visualizations and business applications of the data
- Continuous communication with stakeholders enhancing project infrastructure efficient delivery
- Collaborate with Product Managers Scrum Masters and team leads to ensure alignment resolve bottlenecks and facilitate dependencies between teams
- Identify communicate and remove obstacles that hinder ART progress escalating issues when necessary
- Facilitates programlevel processes manages risks and transparent communication with stakeholders
- Track and report on program progress key performance indicators and delivery timelines to stakeholders
- Conduct retrospectives gather feedback and implement changes to improve team effectiveness and quality
Requirements
- Pharma experience preferably in R&D or clinical
- 510 Years Agile Project Management Experience
- Agile/Scrum Certifications
- Deep understanding of SAFe agile frameworks communication skills problemsolving critical thinking
