You will be dedicated to quality using exceptional communication skills to keep our worldclass systems running. With your deep product knowledge you will accurately define a client issue and interpret and design a resolution. Your typical day will involve providing ongoing support to clients troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring the smooth operation of the system or application. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to workrelated problems. Provide ongoing support to clients addressing their technical issues and concerns. Troubleshoot system or application problems and identify root causes. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective solutions. Ensure the smooth operation of the system or application. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Continuously improve product knowledge and technical skills. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AIX System Administration. Good To Have Skills: Experience with Linux Operations. Strong understanding of system administration principles and practices. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Knowledge of system monitoring and performance optimization. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Shell or Perl. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 36 years of experience in AIX System Administration. A 15 years fulltime education is required. |
