Job Description
Infor M3 Admin.
Location : Remote
Duration: Long Term
Responsibilities:
Skills Required:
- At least 3 years of Infor ION /Infor M3 administration
- Demonstrates knowledge of Infor Tools Administration and Databases with handson experience in Onprem Infor OS administration like M3 ION IDM Factory Track etc.
- Infor M3 technical expertise in system administration and support is mandatory
- Demonstrates knowledge in overall Infor ERP Architecture.
- Good knowledge of roles and responsibilities within Infor M3 and DMP
- Ability to provide solutions and suggest best practices in Infor M3 Administration.
- Ability to solve complex systems problems quickly with little technical guidance and develop corrective measures Infor M3 technical expertise in system administration and support
- Candidates with other system administration experience may also be considered
- Strong Experience with solution delivery life cycle processes (e.g. Agile DevOps Waterfall etc.)
- Ability to document user stories and data flows is required
- Working knowledge of the Windows server operating system and SQL Server databases
- Demonstrates expertise with SQL queries performance finetuning
- Demonstrates analytical skills with excellent data collection and analysis in performing root cause analysis.
- Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment understanding priorities and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills and ability to work in a team environment is critical
- Ability to think abstractly and deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems
- Demonstrates technical documentation verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
- Obsession with quality operational excellence and customer experience
Preferred:
- Bachelors degree in computer science / MIS / business administration or a related discipline with a minimum of 6 years prior related experience
- Working knowledge of Infor Extensions custom BOD/BDE development and other integration experience is highly desired
- Advanced Microsoft office skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Java C or similar modern programming languages
- Experience with distributed (multitiered) systems algorithms and databases
