Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Coach and mentor the Scrum Team(s) removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives. Identify and report progress via appropriate metrics. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful delivery of software development projects. Continuously improve the Agile process by staying uptodate with the latest industry trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. Good To Have Skills: Experience with Scrum. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals. Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello. Additional Information: The candidate should have in Agile Project Management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science engineering or a related field along with a proven track record of delivering successful software development projects using Agile methodologies. This position is based at our Pune office.
