Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage multiple IT projects ensuring timely delivery quality and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management excellent leadership skills and a proven ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan execute and manage IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope objectives timelines and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans budgets and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress track key milestones and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams clients and vendors.
- Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and industry best practices.
- Lead and mentor project team members fostering a collaborative environment.
- Conduct postproject evaluations and implement improvements for future projects.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 812 years of experience in IT project management.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall etc.).
- Handson experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent leadership problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira Trello Asana or MS Project.
- PMP CSM or equivalent certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing projects related to web and mobile application development.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience in handling multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8-12 years of experience in IT project management. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.). Hands-on experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC). Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project. PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
Education
Experience in managing projects related to web and mobile application development. Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices. Experience in handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
