Were looking for an experienced Electrical Service Manager to lead our service department ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and efficient project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of skilled electricians ensuring quality and safety on every job.
Oversee service operations including scheduling project management and customer communication.
Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
Develop and maintain client relationships ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
10 years of experience in the electrical industry with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in managing service operations and teams.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes safety standards and regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
