We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead QA Engineer having 8 years of experience with expertise in Manual Testing and Automation. As a Lead QA Engineer you will play a crucial role in designing implementing and managing our QA Process for SSDLC Focus area. You will be responsible for gathering the requirements and developing the Testcases and developing Automation scripts wherever possible collaborating with crossfunctional teams and driving continuous improvement in our QA process.

Below are some of the responsibilities a QA Engineer is expected to assume in their position:
- Participate in Sprint planning to define the sprint scope.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to find ways on how automation can improve the workflow.
- Cooperate with a development team to formulate the tasks and explain postrelease user feedback.
- Gather requirements and prepare Requirements Allocation Documents. Provide requirement support to each migration project and ensure traceability.
- Develop and maintain as needed QM processes plans policies Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) work instructions and other documents.
- Responsible for operations of the test environments including refreshing the environments
- Works closely with the infrastructure team to make sure the environments are up to date with requirements for migration to the cloud platform
- Identify and administer testing related tools and make sure the quality control tools are up to date with the latest patches
- Provide quality assurance testing for all systems to ensure the migration to the cloud is without disruption to operations
- Produce lists of issues/conflicts/problems that are to be resolved and incorporated into future migrations as required.
- Communicate with all parties about formal testing plans problems and results before migration
- Manage the quality assurance and control process for all changes to the baseline IT infrastructure
- Ensure all existing migration processes are fully documented suggesting improvements updating documentation and communicating all process changes to relevant stakeholders
