Key Responsibilities:
- MIS Reporting & Automation: Lead the restructuring and automation of organizationallevel reports focusing on key business metrics such as financial health customer success and operational efficiency. Your innovations will help drive our strategic direction.
- CrossDepartmental Reporting: Manage automate and streamline reporting across Finance Customer Success IT and HR departments. Explore future automation opportunities in other departments as you identify them.
- Power BI Ownership: Take full ownership of our Power BI reports used by Tech and IT teams. Youll automate existing reports and ensure they provide realtime insights that align with our organizational goals.
- Dashboard Creation & Automation: Build and automate userfriendly dashboards (using Advance Excel Google Sheets & Power BI) that provide stakeholders with uptotheminute access to KPIs and other business metrics.
- Data Presentation: Be the goto expert for presenting actionable insights to senior stakeholders on a daily weekly and monthly basis. Youll ensure that the data is always clear accurate and aligned with business goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly review existing processes and identify new opportunities for further automation and efficiency.
What Youll Bring:
- Proven experience in MIS Reporting preferably across multiple departments (Finance Sales and Marketing CSM IT and HR).
- Advanced skills in Excel Google Sheetsand Power BI with a passion for automating manual tasks.
- Strong understanding of business metrics (financial health customer success) and how to present them in actionable formats.
- Automation expertise in reporting processes experience streamlining data collection processing and report generation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams across multiple time zones (including 50% overlap with USA CST).
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for presenting complex data in clear and digestible ways.
