Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Support servers hosts and bartenders as floor manager 4 nights per week
Take bar and dry goods inventory once per week
Bar prep: juicing making syrups garnishes
Curating seasonal cocktail lists
Uphold health safety and cleanliness standards
Assist in marketing promotions and special events as needed
Qualifications
Proven experience in bartending
Strong leadership interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach
Availability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
