Job Title: IT Specialist (Business/System Analyst)
Location: Onsite Role (5Days Onsite/Week) in Harrisburg PA 17130
Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire (C2H)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Overview:
- Assist endusers with system solutions enhancements and issue resolution.
- Improve user support documentation and conduct small training sessions.
- Serve as a help desk operator and test application functionality.
- Eligible for righttohire after six months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis: Collaborate with users to document and test system enhancements.
- Workday Coordination: Review and implement new Workday releases update training materials.
- Documentation: Create user support guides and notifications.
- Training: Conduct individualized and group training sessions for all skill levels.
- Testing: Ensure enhancements meet requirements and do not impact existing functionality.
- User Support: Build strong relationships to understand user needs and workflows.
- Help Desk Support: Provide firstlevel problem determination and timely resolution.
