Our client is looking for a motivated resultsdriven Sales Development Representative to actively seek develop new business opportunities and engage with decision makers (landscapers) based out of the North America region.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Daily Outreach: Conduct a minimum of 80 calls and send 25 personalised emails each day to engage with potential clients.
Quota Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned quotas for qualifying and prospecting leads generated from various sources. .
Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Qualify and nurture leads generated from all the sources. Engage in cold prospecting to drive top of the sales funnel.
Customer Interaction: Engage directly with potential customers to:
Understand their interest in SiteRecon and our solutions.
Assess their business requirements needs and pain points.
Evaluate the customers current environment including:
Software Mapping Tools
GIS Platform if any
How many Business Developers & AMs in the team
Current CRM
Strategic objectives:
Position the SiteRecon value proposition effectively to advance discussions.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales Product MarketingKamOrder Processing) to address prospect and customer requirements and feedback.
It is an Individual Contributor Role

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of outbound prospecting inbound lead qualification or appointment setting covering the North American market
Excellent fluency in both written and verbal English communication skills
Demonstrated experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like persona and account profiling cold calling cold emailing and social outreach
Active listening skills natural curiosity and a willingness to learn
Good understanding of Information Technology and SaaS offerings
Experience navigating from the gatekeeper to the decision maker.
Proficiency working with a CRM (HubSpot highly preferred)
Core understanding of SDR and sales performance metrics
Selfstarter: the ability to plan your daily work and execute that plan
Ability to build meaningful business relationships with SiteRecon prospects and internal colleagues
Team player with the highest level of integrity one who will continue to improve the way SiteRecon serves its markets and customers.
Be able to work in a fastpaced and everchanging environment were a startup!
Shift Timings 9pm IST to 6am IST
Good to have:
