Job Title: Asst. Manager Fund Raising
Position/Designation: Finance
Department: Finance & Accounts
Location: Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To prepare project finance reports interpret and review financial information
- To liaison with financial institutions for fund raising
- To monitor finance related compliances
- To prepare due diligence/ feasibility study and presenting to management treasury etc.
- To develop strategies that work to minimize financial risk to the organization
- To liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained
