Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Owner with a technical background in Salesforce to drive the development and enhancement of our Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of product management expertise technical proficiency in Salesforce and the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Vision and Strategy:
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce solutions aligning with business goals and objectives.
- Develop and prioritize product backlog items ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities and stakeholder needs.
- Technical Expertise:
- Leverage indepth knowledge of Salesforce including its architecture modules (e.g. Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud) and customization capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight for Salesforce development and integration projects.
- Collaborate with developers to design implement and enhance Salesforce solutions ensuring technical feasibility and scalability.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with business stakeholders endusers and IT teams to gather requirements understand needs and address concerns.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
- Facilitate regular meetings such as sprint planning reviews and retrospectives to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Quality Assurance:
- Oversee the testing and quality assurance of Salesforce solutions ensuring they meet defined requirements and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve issues manage defects and ensure timely delivery of highquality solutions.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of Salesforce solutions identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases best practices and industry trends to recommend enhancements and keep the product competitive.
- Documentation and Training:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation including user guides training materials and process workflows.
- Conduct training sessions for endusers and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce solutions.

- Certifications in Salesforce (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) is a plus.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner Business Analyst or similar role in Salesforce environments.
- Strong technical background with handson experience in Salesforce development customization and integration.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools.
- Skills:
- Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture configuration and customization.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management and backlog management tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence).
