Job Description

Key Skill: 1) Quality assurance planning. 2) Set up the quality assurance department. 3) Vendor / supplier development to match quality expectation 4) Inspection on production line 5) Quality auditing 6) Customer complaint addressing & resolution. Key Role & Responsibility: Establish quality assurance department for supplier quality. Deliverable: 1. Establish quality assurance department for supplier quality assurance. 2. Device Develop & Execute the quality control process base on Hitachi quality standards & expectation 3. Device prepare & execute the quality assurance plan to assure quality standards being met every time. 4. Coordinate with suppler vendors & contractors for routine inspection planning & execution. 5. Preparation of Quality control plan 6. Joint study with field QA for ride quality improvement & other quality related issues. 7. Prepare & submit the corrective action plan for nonconformance of product at source factory. 8. Coordinate with field team to address & resolve the field complaints 9. Prepare & execute routine quality audit plan. 10. Ensure all calibration of testing tools instruments gauges & equipment. 11. Coordinate with SCM for supporting & providing the necessary documents to process the supplier invoices. 12. Device & execute plan for component tracing for every project & job. Soft skill: 1) Interpersonal Communication: Fluent in English Hindi Tamil. 2) Data Management: Excell in data preparation & logical conclusion. 3) Quality audit & customer complaint resolution. 4) Excellent in excel
