Increase sales and market share of existing and New product In the international Market.
Identification of new distributors and assessing existing ones based on consolidating knowledge and analytics of respective Channels / Customers (complete Nourish portfolio) and based on priorities shared by the subregions & platforms Sales Dynamics Channel Profitability/ General Channel trends regarding consumer behavior / Competition in Channel.
Collaborative approach between International Channel Management & Sales teams for achieving sales targets & generating growth for business.
Field visits & promotional activities (trade exhibitions personal interaction) with the overseas business partners.
Regulatory understanding of international markets to support the registration of new products in the existing international businesses.
Develop & maintain network around the globe to understand the market movements competitors strategies prices and sharing & working on these market updates with the team members to make effective marketing plans
Responsible for handling these regions (South Asia & East Asia) Countries to be added USA Canada Uk Germany Netherlands Middle East (GCC countries) Australia and New Zealand.
Required Candidate profile:
1015 years of working experience in the FMCG/ Food Industry.
MBA or any other equivalent educational qualification.
Candidates should have good knowledge of International sales/ Business Development profile.
Handson experience of handling KAM / Trade business/ Distributors / Retail channels.
Willing to travel internationally for business prospects.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
