Job Description

AI Model Development and Scaling:
- Design develop and deploy scalable AI and machine learning models for various applications.
- Optimize and tune machine learning algorithms for performance and scalability.
- Implement endtoend AI solutions from data preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.

Data Management and Engineering:
- Work with large and complex datasets to prepare data for modeling including data cleaning feature engineering and data augmentation.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to support AI model training and evaluation.
- Ensure data quality consistency and integrity throughout the AI lifecycle.

System Architecture and Optimization:
- Design and implement scalable architectures for AI solutions including distributed computing and cloudbased environments.
- Utilize cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) for deploying and managing AI workloads.
- Optimize AI systems for performance cost and resource utilization.

Collaboration and Innovation:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including data scientists software engineers and product managers to define AI requirements and deliver solutions.
- Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and incorporate best practices into development.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for AI engineering within the organization.

Monitoring and Maintenance:
- Implement monitoring and logging for AI models to ensure ongoing performance and reliability.
- Address and resolve issues related to model drift performance degradation and system failures.
- Perform regular updates and improvements to AI models based on new data and feedback.
