Job Description
Managing service business (AMC O&M) of HVAC Electrical IBMS F&F Plumbing etc.
Scanning market for leads on O&M and AMC Business
Generation of enquiries for AMC / O&M of various systems including HVAC Electrical F&F
Regular contact with customers to ensure enquiries and job leads
Handling O&M and AMC business of electromechanical utility services
Managing service deliverables (AMC O&M of HVAC Electrical IBMS F&F Plumbing etc.)
Leading a team of 56 engineers
12 to 15 years of relevant Customer Service Experience required
A BE/BTech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required
Experience with managing O&M and AMC business is required
Exposure to sales of O&M / maintenance contracts with established client base of multiple sites is required
Knowledge of statutory rules and regulation regarding minimum wages/ PF/ ESI/ Leave of central Govt. as well as State Govt. is required
Knowledge on submitting E tender and participation on reverse auction of Govt tenders is required
Indepth knowledge on AC&R/ Electrical Service Industry or Facility management Companies in Assam and Chhattisgarh territory will be preferred.
