Summary: As an Application Developer you will design build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and their integration with other systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with crossfunctional teams analyzing business requirements and developing innovative solutions to meet user needs. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. Design and implement DevOps strategies and practices Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve the DevOps process and infrastructure Mentor the team Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Ensure the smooth functioning of applications and their integration with other systems. Analyze business requirements and develop innovative solutions to meet user needs. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful application development and deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. Strong understanding of software development principles and practices. Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform. Good To Have Skills: Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform or Ansible. Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus and ELK stack. Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Bash. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps. This position is based at our Gurugram office. A 15 years full time education is required.
