Role: Agency Manager
The Agency Manager will be responsible for handling a team of advisors and driving the development of a strong variable agency model in the assigned geography.
Achieving topline revenue targets through the variable agency model and meeting renewal targets for the channel will be key responsibilities.
Experience in building a sales team and scaling it up
Candidates must have excellent decisionmaking and problemsolving skills along with a strong knowledge of the life insurance market and products.
Prior experience in building and scaling a sales team is preferred and fluency in local and English language is required.
