Job Description
Responsible for driving and achieving sales targets through the assigned agents by providing right solutions to the customers both on the field & telecalling
Relationship managementManaging the stakeholders as well as the assigned agents
Acquisition of new agents through constant interaction with stakeholders
Monitor closely the recruitment process and suggest remedial measures to avoid any leakages
Ensure smooth transitioning of agents from stakeholder to SLIC and handholding of the recruits
Team ManagementMotivate the team and drive sales
Handholding the team through Joint calls demonstrations etc.
Ensure right selling by all team members through regular training
Ensure regular and accurate updates of data on the systems
