JD Oracle HCM Compensation OTL:
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and Compensation
- 2 years of experience in working on at least two additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Talent Management Benefits Recruiting and Learning Management
- Hands on experience in working on Oracle Time & Labor and Compensation for multiple countries
- Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience with Implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
- Candidate should be proficient in all the Time & Labor and Compensation processes
- Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations data migrations and reports related to Time & Labor and Compensation
- Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL) HCM Extract BI reporting Fast Formulae Payroll batch loader.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely technical business and management teams
- Experience managing team size of 5 would be a plus
