Job Description
Job Title: ASP.net core lead (healthcare domain)
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience as a lead technical architect overseeing systems architecture engineering administration configuration troubleshooting performance optimization preventive maintenance and security procedures on technical projects.
- Experience in developing complex multitier web browserbased applications using Microsoft Visual Studio ASP.Net/MVC and/or C# for ntier web deployment.
- Experience working with PL/SQL to develop Oracle packages triggers stored procedures functions scripts and cursors.
- Experience in creating comprehensive Technical Architecture documentation based on system requirements and translating business requirements into application logic to meet those needs.
- Experience in ServiceOriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including developing secure .Net web services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) REST Services (Web API) message processing and working with Enterprise Service Bus.
- Experience in developing applications that comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.
- Experience in developing and maintaining applications using .Net Core.
- Experience in designing and implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) workflows.
- Experience in coding and maintaining applications that handle healthcare data including HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI) and HL7 transformations.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
