Requirement:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Support Engineer to join our support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# programming excellent problemsolving skills and a passion for providing topnotch customer support. As a Support Engineer you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with technical issues resolving softwarerelated problems and ensuring the smooth operation of our products.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to clients via various channels such as email phone and live chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to our C#based software applications.
Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
Create and maintain detailed documentation on troubleshooting procedures and solutions.
Assist in the testing and quality assurance of new software releases.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance product features based on customer feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve support processes.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Experience working in C# Development or in a similar role
Strong understanding of C# programming language and .NET framework.
Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Prior experience in customer support or technical support is a plus.
Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g. Agile) is an advantage.
Should have knowledge of database (e.g. SQLMySQLOracle.
