Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities :
a Work on troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Endpoint Security products like Windows DLP CASB
b Have ITIL process knowledge
c Have good knowledge of System Development Methodologies and have experience across system development stages
d Provide timely reports presentations ad other deliverables as per the Service Level Agreement
Technical Experience :
a Sound technical knowledge of Windows DLP CASB
b Sound technical knowledge of Desktop troubleshooting
Professional Attributes :
a Inclined to learn new technologies and willing to go extra mile to gain knowledge in other products
b Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers at different levels of the organization
Educational Qualification:
a Certification in Data Loss Prevention
b ITIL Certification
