Job Description: Telecaller
We are looking for proactive and goaloriented Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller you will play a key role in identifying potential customers and facilitating demo calls for our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with raw customer data provided by the company.
- Utilize various contactfinder portals to retrieve complete customer details.
- Make at least 50 calls daily to engage with prospects.
- Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and qualify them as potential leads.
- Schedule and arrange demo calls with our SDRs.
- Ensure timely followups with prospects to confirm appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of daily calls and customer interactions.
- Provide regular updates to the team on progress and outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Good communication skills with a polite and professional tone.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to handle client inquiries efficiently and confidently.
- Ability to use contactfinder portals and navigate online tools efficiently.
- Selfmotivated with a focus on achieving daily targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
