Job Description
We're a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka and looking for a Finance Manager for an FMCG company based in Monaragala. If you are passionate about finance have strong leadership skills and want to be part of a growing company we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial operations of the company including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
- Manage the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Lead the finance team providing guidance mentorship and professional development.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure effective cash flow management and monitor the company’s financial performance.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage relationships with banks financial institutions and investors.
- Assist in strategic planning and decisionmaking processes.
- Monitor and manage risk ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field (Master’s or professional qualification such as ACCA or CIMA is a plus).
- Minimum of 03 years of experience in a finance management role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial reporting and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to work in a teamoriented environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
