We are searching for a talented and motivated Recruitment Executive to join our growing team! In this role you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle from identifying and sourcing top talent to help onboarding new hires. You will play a key role in attracting recruiting and retaining the best employees to support our companys success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels (online job boards professional networks social media).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess fit for the role.
- Manage the interview process schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling offer packages to top candidates.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Familiarity with Boolean search is a plus
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Proven ability to source and attract highcaliber candidates.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- A passion for building relationships and fostering a positive candidate experience.

Demonstrated ability to conduct analysis. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
