We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive with prior experience in Human Resources and excellent public speaking skills to lead and execute employee engagement initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to fostering a positive and collaborative workplace environment for both onsite and remote employees while also supporting key HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement:
- Plan organize and execute engagement activities for officebased and remote teams.
- Conduct regular oneonone conversations with employees to gauge sentiments and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance employee wellbeing morale and retention.
Public Speaking and Communication:
- Lead engaging presentations during onboarding training sessions and other HR activities.
- Serve as the primary spokesperson during employee events and engagement activities.
- Facilitate group discussions and ensure effective communication of updates to teams.
Onboarding and Induction:
- Manage the onboarding process and conduct comprehensive induction sessions for new hires.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
Strategic Support:
- Design and execute roadmaps for longterm employee engagement programs.
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various HR activities.
- Collaborate on strategic HR initiatives to support organizational growth and culture development.
Special Projects:
- Drive innovative projects to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Monitor and report on engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 1 3 years of relevant HR experience including employee engagement.
- Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills.
- A proactive approachable personality with a passion for employee wellbeing and organizational culture.
- Strong knowledge of creating SOPs strategic planning and HR operations.
- Excellent communication organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with HR tools and software.
- Experience in event planning and managing crossfunctional projects.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong passion for sales and a desire to pursue a career in sales or business development. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Confidence and resilience to handle rejection and overcome objections. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
