Job Description
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for both contract and permanent staffing to meet organizational goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue streams from existing and new clients.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with large clients to understand their hiring needs for both temporary and permanent roles.
- Collaborate with clients to develop customized recruitment solutions that meet their unique requirements.
- Oversee the endtoend recruitment process ensuring timely and quality delivery of candidates.
- Directly contribute to the recruitment process by handling seniorlevel and strategic hires.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in recruitment with a proven track record of leadership.
- Strong understanding of the industry/sector talent landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies and tools.
