This position involves managing relationships with large accounts developing strategies to increase sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Here are some core responsibilities and skills typically associated with this role:

### Core Responsibilities:

1. *Client Relationship Management*:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in large accounts.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters specific to large accounts.

2. *Sales Strategy Development*:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within large accounts.

3. *Account Management*:

Oversee account status and ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs.

Forecast and track key account metrics.

4. *Negotiation and Closing*:

Lead contract negotiations and close agreements to maximize profits.

Handle objections and solve conflicts that may arise with clients.

5. *Collaboration*:

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and proper alignment with company goals.

Work closely with marketing product development and support teams to deliver consistent highquality service.

### Essential Skills:

1. *Sales Expertise*:

Proven track record in sales particularly with large or complex accounts.

Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.

2. *Communication*:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent presentation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders.

3. *Analytical Skills*:

Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategies.

Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

4. *Leadership*:

Leadership and mentoring skills to guide and support junior sales staff.

Ability to work independently and make critical decisions.

5. *Negotiation*:

Strong negotiation skills to close deals and manage contracts effectively.

Ability to navigate complex sales processes and handle highstakes negotiations.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Several years of experience in sales particularly in managing large accounts.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
