Job Description
LEAD ETL TESTER
Location: Westchester PA
Duration: 6 Months
Experience 11 Years
We are seeking an experienced Automation ETL QA Lead responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our data integration processes.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in ETL (Extract Transform Load) testing automation and data validation.
The Automation ETL QA will work closely with our data engineering team to identify and resolve data quality issues develop and maintain automated tests and ensure data integrity.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute manual and automated tests for ETL processes
Design and implement data validation rules and data quality checks
Collaborate with data engineers to identify and resolve data quality issues
Develop and maintain automated tests using tools like Selenium Appium or Pytest
Work with data analysts to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Participate in agile development methodologies including sprint planning and retrospectives
Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies in data integration and testing
Requirements:
5 years of experience in ETL testing automation or data validation
Strong understanding of data integration concepts and ETL tools (e.g. Event Hub ADF Data Bricks)
Experience with automation testing frameworks (e.g. Selenium Appium Pytest)
Strong programming skills in languages like Python Java or C#
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
Experience working in an agile development environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools
Knowledge of data modeling and data governance
