Key Responsibilities:
Source screen and interview candidates for various positions within the renewable energy
sector.
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research
and ongoing relationship management.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job
descriptions.
Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards social media and industry
events to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and
onboarding.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of candidate interactions and recruitment
activities.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in renewable energy recruitment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (fulltime) from a recognized institution.
35 years of recruitment experience in the renewable energy sector.
Strong understanding of the renewable energy industry and related technical roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Human Resource
Management Systems (HRMS) is a must.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
