Job Summary:
Reporting to the Corporate Director of Information Technology the Product and Manufacturing Processes Analyst plays a key role in the creation maintenance and support of configurations related to product recipes and manufacturing processes for our entities. This position aims to optimize and ensure the efficiency of manufacturing processes for a door and window manufacturer in Quebec.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure recipes and manufacturing processes for new products and procedures.
- Maintain and update existing configurations based on business needs and technological advancements.
- Collaborate with production design teams and other stakeholders to ensure a consistent understanding and integration of configurations.
- Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and propose suitable solutions.
- Provide technical support to internal users regarding manufacturing configurations and processes.
- Write and maintain clear and detailed documentation of configurations and processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects related to systems and processes.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in the door and window industry (a significant asset).
- Excellent proficiency with IT tools (ERP systems like Dynamics 365 AutoCAD configuration software or other relevant tools).
- Strong analytical skills and a problemsolving mindset.
- Proven oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with various teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Bilingual (French is a must)

Education and Experience:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the manufacturing sector.
