Our client who deals in serviced offices serviced apartments interior d cor and property management is looking to hire an experienced Head of Operations to join their team. Reporting to the CEO you will primarily be responsible for managing property operations guest services staff supervision budget optimization and strategic planning to ensure efficiency profitability and exceptional service standards.
Responsibilities;
- Handle guest inquiries manage bookings and coordinate smooth checkins and checkouts while addressing complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Collaborate with property owners contractors and service providers to manage maintenance repairs and upgrades.
- Monitor and manage essential supply inventory including linens toiletries and cleaning products.
- Train supervise and motivate housekeeping maintenance and customer service teams.
- Plan and control operational budgets to ensure costefficiency and profitability.
- Develop and enforce quality control procedures to uphold high service standards.
- Ensure all properties adhere to health safety and legal requirements.
- Generate reports on occupancy rates guest feedback and operational metrics to inform decisionmaking and business strategies.
- Lead special projects such as onboarding new properties and contribute to growth strategies cost reduction initiatives and process improvements.
Requirements
- Must have at least a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
- Must have at least three (3) years of experience in operations management preferably within the real estate or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in property management software Microsoft Office Suite and online booking platforms.
- Proven experience in managing teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Must possess great interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Ability to solve problems and pay attention to detail.
