Job Description
Please Note:
Systems Analyst III shall be available on an oncall basis for up to 200 hours of support. Response time for oncall support shall be less than two hours.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Specific tasks may include configuration and support of these services and other Azure and network requirements as needed:
- Web Application Services
- Enterprise Applications
- Virtual Machines
- Microsoft FrontDoor
- Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
- Microsoft Defender and Security Features
- Microsoft Entra ID MFA Domain and Certificate Services
- Microsoft o365 tenant cloud configuration
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- An associate or bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems Engineering Business or other related discipline is required with eight years experience of which at least six years are specialized a degree is not required.
- A minimum of five years experience of which at least three years must be specialized. Specialized experience includes:
- Microsoft Azure environment configuration
- Administering/troubleshooting Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services.
- Administering/troubleshooting Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Entra ID Connect.
- Administering/troubleshooting TCP/IP VLANs VPNs and network architecture.
- Administrating/troubleshooting Microsoft Defender
- Implementation/administration/troubleshooting Administering/troubleshooting connections to Cloud Service Providers
- Administering Network monitoring and configuration services preferably with Azure Monitor System Center Operations Manager and Microsoft Sentinel
- Administering/troubleshooting network security architecture
- Creating/maintaining Network documentation
Preferred Qualification:
- A Microsoft Certified Associate Azure Administrator OR Azure Network Engineer Associate (ANEA) certification is preferred.
