We are seeking a System Analyst to join our clients innovative team. In this role you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing requirements designing systems and ensuring their seamless implementation. Your role will be critical in driving efficiency solving complex technical problems and enhancing system functionality.
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed technical requirements.
System Design: Develop and document system designs workflows and architecture that align with organizational objectives.
Analysis & Evaluation: Evaluate current systems and identify opportunities for enhancements or replacements to meet business goals.
Implementation Support: Oversee the deployment of new systems or updates ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
Testing & Validation: Conduct rigorous testing to ensure systems meet specifications and function optimally.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve system issues collaborating with technical teams and endusers to minimize downtime.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems processes and configurations to support future development.
Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including developers project managers and business analysts to deliver integrated solutions.
Training: Provide guidance and training to users on new systems and processes.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role in a technologydriven environment.
Familiarity with system development life cycles (SDLC).
Strong understanding of system architecture integration and databases (e.g. SQL Oracle).
Experience with modeling tools (e.g. UML BPMN) and project management software (e.g. Jira Trello).
Handson knowledge of system testing and troubleshooting techniques.
Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Detailoriented with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with ERP systems cloud platforms or data analytics tools.
