- Hands on experience in using SolidWorks CAD tool
- Experience in various manufacturing methodologies especially sheet metal and or plastics injection moulding.
- Expertise in designing mechanical and electromechanical assemblies.
- Experience in working on complex assemblies in SolidWorks
- Excellent drafting and detailing skills
- Good at GD&T and Tolerance stack up analysis
- Experience in manual design calculation and Exposure to FEA analysis.
- Supplier interaction and cross functional coordination for project execution and closure.
- Experience in Design verification and documentation.
- Experience in Engineering Change Management
- Knowledge on medical device development lifecycle and standards
- Experience in Product Teardown analysis Function analysis and able to do & lead the technical evaluations with experts to make decisions.
- Good to have knowledge on VAVE methodologies and tools.
- Good to have knowledge on the global design standards like IECULCSA NEMA or any other compliance standard
- Experience in Design verification develop and execute protocol and related documentation.
- Performs Failure Analyses and Investigation reports. Works out proposals and cost estimates of project related costs.
- Selfmotivated and proactive
- Takes complete ownership of the assigned projects
