Job Description
- Number of Positions: 2
- Start Date: 1st of September
- Location: Bangalore India
- Experience: 6 to 15 years
- Design Electrical / Electromechanical systems.
- Select and compare Electrical / Electronic Hardware components for decisionmaking.
- Design harnesses to integrate electrical components/subsystems.
- Select cable types connector types and harness materials.
- Create and maintain schematic level harness drawings.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers for harness routing and mounting locations.
- Maintain a master list of component connections.
- Work with components like Temperature Sensors pressure sensors Solenoid Valve.
- Exposure to PCB schematics and layout design.
- Conduct and document failure analyses on problem areas and testing results.
- Perform Product Teardown analysis Function analysis and lead technical evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with global design standards like IEC UL CSA NEMA.
- Coordinate testing with outside testing laboratories (NRTL testing environmental testing HALT testing etc).
- Implement design verification develop protocols and document the processes.
- Utilize engineering test equipment and general hand tools.
- Manage Engineering Change Management processes.
- Understand medical device product development lifecycle and standards.
- Demonstrate selfmotivation and proactive work ethic.
- Take complete ownership of projects from concept to product release
