Job Description
Job Title: Salesforce Sales Cloud Configuration and Customization Developer
Location: Bangalore
- Design configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business requirements.
- Develop and implement custom solutions using Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and other Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Perform system maintenance testing and documentation to ensure platform reliability and performance.
- Provide technical support and training to end users on Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and new features to enhance system capabilities.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 68 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and customization.
- Strong knowledge of Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and Salesforce declarative tools.
- Ability to analyze user requirements and design scalable solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred).
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
