Job Description
Product Engineer
Location: Hybrid (New York NYC) Need only Local To NYC
Must : with data governance/data analytics experience as well as whats on the job spec below
Big Data/Pyspark big .
Technical Skills:
Oversee public cloud migration and deployment with expertise in AWS and Azure environments.
Define technology strategy and direction aligned with business objectives.
Enable Open Banking APIs and drive process and productivity improvements tied to OKRs.
Lead technology modernization and transformation efforts within the organization.
Promote a DevSecOps culture and evangelize Agile transformation with value stream mapping.
Proficient in various software development methodologies including Scrum Kanban and Scaled Agile.
Possess strong programming skills in languages such as Java C/C .NET COBOL and Assembly.
Experienced in working with databases including Oracle MySQL Sybase SQL Server DB2 and VSAM.
Familiarity with platforms such as VMware OpenStack Oracle RAC Exadata Windows and Linux.
Utilize tools like Rational Suite Jira Jenkins Junit and UiPath (RPA) for effective project management
Business Skills:
Demonstrate solid business acumen and strategic vision in driving technology initiatives.
Exhibit exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with business stakeholders.
Possess strong dependability and meticulous followthrough in project execution.
Other Skills:
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Product Engineer or similar technical leadership role.
Handson coding experience with Python and familiarity with underwriting models and core banking systems.
Experience with Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM platforms.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and leading highperforming engineering teams.
