Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Client Engagement Manager to lead client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of legal services. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients aligning our capabilities with their business objectives to drive impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build nurture and manage strong relationships with clients to ensure longterm partnerships.
- Act as the primary point of contact understanding client needs and addressing their concerns effectively.
- Service Delivery Oversight:
- Oversee the delivery of legal services ensuring alignment with client expectations quality standards and deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and resource allocation.
- Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and deepen client engagement.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business development efforts.
- Strategic Consulting:
- Understand client business goals and provide insights to optimize their legal operations.
- Stay informed of industry trends and proactively offer solutions that drive client success.
- Performance Management:
- Track and report on engagement performance using metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to refine service offerings and enhance satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in law business or a related field; a legal qualification is preferred.
- 5 years of recruitment experience preferably in the legal professional services or consulting sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex client engagements and deliver results.
- Strong understanding of legal services and/or legal recruitmentis an advantage.
