Job Description

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Client Engagement Manager to lead client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of legal services. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients aligning our capabilities with their business objectives to drive impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build nurture and manage strong relationships with clients to ensure longterm partnerships.
    • Act as the primary point of contact understanding client needs and addressing their concerns effectively.
  • Service Delivery Oversight:

    • Oversee the delivery of legal services ensuring alignment with client expectations quality standards and deadlines.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and resource allocation.
  • Business Development:

    • Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and deepen client engagement.
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business development efforts.
  • Strategic Consulting:

    • Understand client business goals and provide insights to optimize their legal operations.
    • Stay informed of industry trends and proactively offer solutions that drive client success.
  • Performance Management:

    • Track and report on engagement performance using metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
    • Gather and analyze client feedback to refine service offerings and enhance satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in law business or a related field; a legal qualification is preferred.
  • 5 years of recruitment experience preferably in the legal professional services or consulting sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex client engagements and deliver results.
  • Strong understanding of legal services and/or legal recruitmentis an advantage.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure success and identify opportunities.
