About the Customer Success team:
Our teams main focus is to ensure new and existing customers achieve their goals and have a great experience with our products by providing them with guidance and ongoing support from facilitating a smooth first implementation to fostering positive longterm relationships with them.
Tasks
- Take full responsibility for the relationship and success of 14 assigned customers and act as a trusted advisor throughout their digital transformation journey.
- Define and execute customerspecific projects leveraging insights during piloting and testing phase to ensure effective adoption and achieve 100% usage of the solutions within set timelines.
- Guide customers through each stage of their project with Bettermile managing and aligning multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project success.
- Serve as a customer advocate within Bettermile capturing and communicating customer and user insights to inform product roadmaps and improve service offerings.
- Monitor KPIs and make datadriven decisions to enhance user adoption and reduce churn analyzing product usage data proactively to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and consult customers on the ideal integration of the Bettermile product suite.
- Continuously assess customer needs and goals to discover and drive innovation opportunities supporting the product team in enhancing service quality and expanding product offerings.
Requirements
- Native Polish speaker with fluency in English.
- 2 years of customerfacing experience preferably in a software product company.
- Exceptional PowerPoint creation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills capable of addressing diverse audiences from CLevel executives to parcel delivery drivers.
- Proven project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and switch between technical and business topics.
- Strong prioritisation and execution capabilities driven by customer needs business impact and expansion potential.
IT IS AWESOME IF YOU ALSO HAVE
- Fluent in German Hungarian or Czech.
- Experience working with Last Mile Operations and relevant stakeholders (e.g. drivers operations managers).
- Adaptability to thrive in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
