Tasks
As a Customer Success Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers continue to receive exceptional service and support. You will be the primary point of contact leveraging your project management skills to coordinate with stakeholders and enhance the customer experience.
Your impact at CONROO
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers acting as the main point of contact for them within the company.
- Provide Customer Guidance: Engage with customers to understand their business goals pain points and product usage and turn their feedback into actionable insights that drive targeted solutions optimise their experience and ensure longterm success.
- Customer Retention: Continuously monitor customer health scores and proactively reach out to address potential concerns before they arise.
- Drive Continuous Growth: Analyse feedback monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis & market research to identify opportunities for product improvements and process optimisations.
Project Management:
- Coordinate efforts between internal and external teams analyse data develop tailored solutions and ensure alignment between customer needs & expectations and product development.
- Ensure smooth project delivery by managing resources identifying potential risks and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements
Essential skills and experiences:
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in customer success account management or similar roles within a B2B environment.
- Clientfacing experience in engaging with stakeholders at various levels from technical teams to executive leadership
- Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive crossfunctional collaboration to deliver solutions.
- Native German speaker is a musthave with fluent English proficiency to ensure effective communication
- Problemsolving mindset with the ability to identify solutions and collaborate crossfunctionally. to deliver them.
- CustomerCentric Mindset with the ability to prioritise and anticipate customer needs committed to delivering solutions that enhance satisfaction and improve the overall customer experience.
- Exceptional time management prioritisation and multitasking abilities
Nicetohave skills and experiences:
- Prior professional experience in startups consulting firms or other fastpaced environments particularly in logistics business development project management or finance
- Ability to thoroughly understand and analyze complex client processes systems & operations to ensure the proper implementation of our product
