.Net Lead/PM with NCR POS
Location Seattle WA OnsiteFill time position.
10 Years of work experience in NCR Retail Point of sale Technical Consulting/Engineering.
- NCR POS advance store systems deployment EOM changes Testing Development(.Net) Selenium Load runner
- Location Seattle WATroubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issue in a timely manner.
- Kanban Agile methodology Java MSSQL Servers .Net Power shell Scripting Selenium postman Windows Task Schedulers.
- Understanding and modifying existing code to fix bugs and implement changes.
- Store Register ETS Server reboots and Validations.
- MCM Logs Splunk logs Kibana logs.
- Create resolve primary production issues using Service now(Waypoint).
- Creating defect in JIRA Tender retail and NCR portals.
- BVT Smoke testing Functional testing Regression testing End to End testing BI E2E Testing Sanity testing performance testing System integration testing
- working with POS system which has SIGUI Flat Bed Scanner handheld scanner M440 Pin pad.
- EOM Configuration
- ETS tool.
- Providing technical support training NCR POS related enquiries guidance to the stores.
- Doing periodic certifications security vulnerabilities Software upgrades and upon validations.
- Developing SQL queries Store procedures using MSSQL server.
- Jenkins Gitlab.
- .Net development
- Confluence
- Preparing SOPs RCAs User guides Conducting trainings
- Good experience automation tool Selenium and performance tool load runner
