We are seeking a proactive HR Intern with prior internship experience in Human Resources and excellent public speaking skills to assist in driving employee engagement initiatives. This role offers a chance to develop handson expertise in fostering a positive and collaborative workplace environment for both onsite and remote employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement:
- Assist in planning and executing engagement activities for officebased and remote employees.
- Conduct oneonone conversations with employees to gauge sentiments and provide insights.
- Develop and implement creative ideas to enhance employee wellbeing and happiness.
Public Speaking and Communication:
- Lead engaging presentations for teams during onboarding training and other HR activities.
- Act as a spokesperson during employee events and engagement activities.
- Facilitate group discussions and communicate updates effectively to teams.
Onboarding and Induction:
- Support onboarding processes and conduct interactive induction sessions for new hires.
- Create a welcoming environment and ensure smooth integration into the organization.
Strategic Support:
- Assist in developing roadmaps for employee engagement programs.
- Help create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR activities.
Special Projects:
- Collaborate on innovative projects to enhance employee engagement.
- Track and report engagement metrics to evaluate the impact of activities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Prior internship experience in HR is mandatory.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Proactive and approachable personality with a passion for employee wellbeing.
- Basic understanding of creating SOPs and strategic plans.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with HR tools or software is a plus.
- Interest or experience in event planning and project management is desirable.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong passion for sales and a desire to pursue a career in sales or business development. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Confidence and resilience to handle rejection and overcome objections. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
