Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic detailoriented IT professional to join our team in a multifaceted role that combines IT project management security expertise and ERP oversight. This role requires a handson tactical thinker with a proven track record in leading and implementing IT projects (Cloud Infrastructures) and ERP systems (preferably Zoho Suite) as well as maintaining security practices and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Project Management:
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate with external service provider responsible for implementing the projects.
- Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
IT Security Specialist:
- Develop implement and maintain comprehensive IT security policies procedures and protocols.
- Conduct regular security audits risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and address security threats.
- Support with compliance with relevant security standards and regulations (e.g. GDPR ISO 27001).
- Collaborate on security training and awareness programs for employees.
- Respond to and manage security incidents and breaches conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
ERP Specialist:
- Oversee the implementation configuration and maintenance of ERP systems to support business operations.
- Collaborate with departments to understand their ERP needs and ensure the system meets their requirements.
- Manage ERP system upgrades and enhancements ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERPrelated issues.
- Develop and deliver training for endusers to ensure effective use of the ERP system.
- Analyze and optimize ERP system performance identifying opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field; master s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in IT project management IT security and Zoho suite systems.
- Strong knowledge of IT security principles practices and technologies.
- Handson experience with ERP systems such as Zoho suite
- Excellent problemsolving analytical and criticalthinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloudbased ERP solutions.
- Familiarity with Cloud network security and infrastructure.
- Experience in a similar industry or environment.
- Experience in working with IT Security Measures and compliance.
