Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IT Service Management Consultant to join our team in Eindhoven Netherlands. As a ServiceNow IT Service Management Consultant you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for our clients with a focus on IT Service Management and Platform Analytics. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop highlevel reporting solutions that meet their requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions for clients focusing on IT Service Management and Platform Analytics
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop highlevel reporting solutions that meet their requirements
- Develop complex reports and dashboards using ServiceNow Reporting and Platform Analytics
- Connect ServiceNow with external data sources and other reporting tools
- Provide expertlevel guidance on ServiceNow Platform capabilities and best practices
- Consult with customers on serviceoriented architecture software application architecture and data structures
- Work in an Agile development environment using Scrum methodologies
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science or related field
- 35 years of experience working with ServiceNow Reporting specifically in the Platform Analytics area with expertise in developing complex reports and dashboards
- Expertlevel understanding of the ServiceNow Platform and its capabilities
- Experience connecting ServiceNow with external data sources and other reporting tools
- Highlevel knowledge of business needs and process standardisation with the ability to transform customer requirements into highlevel reporting solutions
- Good understanding of serviceoriented architecture software application architecture and the ability to consult with customers on these topics
- Good understanding of data structures algorithms objectoriented design design patterns and performance/scale considerations
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile development methodologies
- Resultoriented with excellent communication skills
- 45 years of development experience creating simple/complex customerfacing ServiceNow applications (desirable)
Desirable Skills:
- Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in Platform Analytics
- ServiceNow Admin Certification.
