Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP EHS Consultant to join our team for the 3M Wave 3 implementation project. The ideal candidate will have indepth expertise in SAP EHS processes configuration and technical integration with prior experience in handling complex projects in a 3M environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead the SAP EHS module implementation for the 3M Wave 3 project.
- Configure SAP EHS components including but not limited to:
- Product Safety (PS)
- Dangerous Goods Management (DG)
- Industrial Hygiene and Safety (IH&S)
- Environment Compliance Management (ECM)
- Incident Management (IM).
- Product Safety (PS)
- Integrate EHS functionalities with other SAP modules like MM SD PP and QM.
Project Management & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Coordinate with technical teams for ABAP developments Fiori applications and data migration activities.
- Provide leadership in workshops design discussions and blueprinting sessions.
Technical Expertise:
- Ensure smooth data migration and validation from legacy systems to SAP EHS.
- Leverage SAP 3M tools and methodologies to support effective implementation.
- Develop and manage custom reports dashboards and interfaces related to EHS processes.
Testing & Support:
- Perform unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Resolve technical issues providing root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Deliver postimplementation support and enduser training.
Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including functional specifications process workflows and training materials.
- Provide regular status updates to project leadership and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
- 5 years of handson experience in SAP EHS module implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP 3M methodologies with prior experience in Wave 2 or Wave 3 projects.
- Proficiency in configuring EHS functionalities such as DG PS IH&S and IM.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA and its EHS enhancements.
- 5 years of handson experience in SAP EHS module implementation and support.
Integration Skills:
- Experience integrating SAP EHS with MM SD PP and QM modules.
- Strong understanding of IDOC RFC and ODatabased integrations.
- Experience integrating SAP EHS with MM SD PP and QM modules.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications (Preferred):
- SAP EHS Certification.
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
- SAP EHS Certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on largescale global projects preferably with 3M implementations.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and environmental/safety frameworks.
- Experience with Fioribased interfaces for EHS functionalities.
