Job Description

Our client is a company specialized in the healthcare industry who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.


In this role a manager is responsible for ensuring the full compliance with the organization s policies and for the performance effectiveness of the staff in Customer Care Department.

  • Oversee performance of all teams in the Customer Care Department ensuring that all departmental disciplines and workplace requirements are upheld. Guarantee that all hospital procedures processes and protocols are consistently followed.

  • Oversee and guide the processes for exchanging patient information in accordance with DPDP standards.

  • Ensure that staff comply with hospital quality and risk management procedures in a timely manner.

  • Supervise and coach staff compliance with hospital guidelines regarding patient consultations based on medical needs.

  • Conduct essential customer service training sessions focused and provide coaching for staff about adhering to hospital standards.

  • Address any customer care issues promptly.

  • Manage the scheduling of outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD) patients to maximize hospital capacity and ensure patient satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the Customer Administration Manager to schedule staff according to the daily needs of OPD/IPD or sitework; additionally ensure all workstations meet standard requirements of appearance.

  • Propose or seek ideas for improvement initiatives.



Requirements

  • Proficient in English both written and spoken.

  • Good computer skills.

  • Good at communication via phone and other digital platforms.

  • Experience in Customer Service especially in healthcare or service organizations is advantageous.

  • High oversight ability and strong leadership.

  • Able to work independently and with teams.
